OVERVIEW
JENDAH pancake and Dorayaki maker is designed
to bake high quantity pancakes or Japanese Dorayakis
in the store and factory. The operator just need
to pour the batter into the batter dispenser by
pressing the handle. Ten large drops of batter
will be fed onto the engraved baking plate. After
turning baked batters around manually and baking
the other side, the baking process is done and
finished foods are ready. This feature is capable
to demonstrate the cooking process to the customer,
adding a distinct selling point.
The
Dispenser gives the owner a neat clean, professional
operation. No wasted batter or griddle mess. Very
easy to disassemble and clean.
