Durable and Reliable Proofing Cabinets
Available in pure proofing and advanced retarding function, JENDAH proofers and retarders are manufactured to rigid standards with various proofing capacities. Controls are simple to operate, and we offer various models that can hold up from 4 trays to 4 racks.
JENDHA retarder proofers can generate uniform and high humidity condition to prevent problems of hard-shell and dried dough. The enclosures are made of all stainless steel insulated with hydraulic injection Polyurethane foaming. The high-density insulation not only is good looking but also for easy maintenance. The high-efficiency compressor with overload and delay-start protection saves energy and cool swiftly. Moreover, the condenser is designed with anti-rodent and anti-dust mechanism to further prolong the product life.
